"More government, please"
Here's an example of the mushy, pampered, whiny, so-called "progressive" Left of which we Libertarian Leftists are definitely not a part:
Dear America,The government...weakened? Sheesh. Mr. Flemming has not activated a comments feature on his blog, for obvious reasons. Check out the rest of this nitwit's blog for more big yucks.
You put in power a conservative movement whose attitude toward government was expressed as: "To get it down to the size where we can drown it in the bathtub."
You voted for President Bush, who approvingly quoted Reagan's phrase, "The most terrifying words in the English language are, 'I'm from the government and I'm here to help.' "
Well, they weakened the government, and the government is not there to help.
So get your jaw off the floor.
You cashed your tax rebate check, didn't you? You got what you voted for.
And what's happening in New Orleans is exactly what you voted for.

Do you actually intend to make an argument here, or is the sarcastic use of italics and the word 'nitwit' enough?
Flemming's remarks seem logical enough, if you disagree with them, present some actual reasoning.

Logical enough, perhaps, for one who worships the State. This blog is that of an anarchist, friend, and if you take time to read it in more depth, and explore some of the documents in its sidebar, you'll find plenty of "actual reasoning" for disagreement with "progressive" Mr. Flemming.
